Psychological Counselling & Therapy

Welcome to a supportive mental health space created to build freedom, wholeness, and balance through gentle self-exploration.

Wild Wise therapy was created with the vision to reverse the damage to our consciousness and body from the gradual and varying degrees of disconnection with our true nature.

This vision grew to include eastern and western psychological and spiritual practices to help clients reestablish coherence in their present. The best route to guide clients towards this sustainable psychological harmony was to help them build unshakebale self-reliance across mental, spiritual, social and physical health.

Due to the importance of working on all these areas to experience overall wholeness, at Wild Wise Therapy, various approaches are integrated based on client needs. Somatic & Holistic Movement Practices, Existential Psychology, Rhythmic Living, Trauma Informed CBT Techniques, Reparenting and Inner Child Work, are some of the approaches practised at Wild Wise Therapy presently.

These approaches are constantly updated based on the opinions of experts in the field to help clients achieve psychological wholeness. This also instills life into Wild Wise Therapy and keeps the practice relevant through constant learning and change creating an environment with abundant space and freedom for growth.
